Since 2017, Conveyancing Simplified has assisted thousands of NSW residents on their property journey with unrivalled conveyancing services. Based in the heart of Western Sydney, the firm became one of the first to transition completely to electronic settlements and have been recognised both locally and nationally, respectively in the field.

Meet The Team
Meet Bec | Owner / Licensed Conveyancer
Bec grew up in the local community and commenced working in Conveyancing back in 2010 while completing her Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing.
During this time, she gained extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of conveyancing, realising this was her passion, while beginning to make a name for herself in the industry.
By 2012 she had completed her studies with distinctions, became a finalist in the Australian Institute of Conveyancers CEO awards and was granted a Conveyancing License, becoming the youngest licenced conveyancer in NSW at the time.
In 2017, Bec decided to embark on her own venture and Conveyancing Simplified was created. Bec’s idea was to turn Conveyancing on its head and provide a fresh and modern approach to conveyancing with no legal jargon, no hidden fees and a strong focus on delivering a personalised, stress-free experience to each and every one of her clients. This is strong reasoning as to why NSW clients, brokers and estate agents feel confidence in using or referring her services, time and time again.
Bec prides herself on her ability to be extremely empathetic and take on each matter as if it was her own and feels that the success of her small business has been built on the strong relationships, she forms with her clients throughout their property matters.
When Bec is not working, you will find her spending quality time with her young family, going on picnics, travelling, going to the gym, or enjoying a cocktail or two with friends.
Meet Mackenzie | Director of First Impressions
Mackenzie is our very friendly Director of First Impressions. She is the first point of contact for our clients and it is her passion for strong customer service that ensures our clients feel welcomed and valued from the moment they contact us or step foot in our office doors.
Mackenzie joined Conveyancing Simplified in 2024 and is a valued team member who not only works on reception but also prepares client files and assists with the day-to-day administration throughout the entire conveyancing process.
Mackenzie hopes to complete her studies in Conveyancing over the coming years.
Outside of working you will find Mackenzie spending time with friends and family and travelling.
